All A Buyers Choice Home Inspectors must hold current qualifications in home inspection and both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. No inspector is allowed to trade without our minimum cover protecting you and your investment.
Each inspector holds $10,000,000 public liability and $2,000,000 ($4,000,000 in the aggregate) Professional indemnity including weather tightness issues.
We also have the ability to transfer our inspection reports (for a small cost with a few conditions) to the successful purchaser and they will be covered under our insurance.
