Flick the switch!

Hi there,

What a difference a month makes. For most of us the weather has improved markedly, the election has come and gone, and things have taken off! Many people we've spoken to have said how crazy busy it's been at open homes since the Sunday after the election. It certainly feels the same here with many of our team at business owner workshops and meeting with owners, agents and office administrators up and down the country.

Audience size

Perhaps everyone was busy watching the debates (or the rugby) ahead of the election, as September's unique audience numbers were down slightly on August's. However the number of unique browsers to the site each day was up, averaging over 128,000 visitors a day which is all good.

Introducing: Property Price Index

At the beginning of each month, Trade Me Property will be bringing the low-down on the property market for you to digest. This month we launched the first Property Price Index that measures the average "for sale" price across residential property listings.

There's some pretty helpful data in there, so if you're wanting some handy information to pass on to buyers and sellers about the state of the market, check it out!

Get your listings on top!

Did you know agents who use preferred placement features on Trade Me Property for their residential for sale listings, achieved a national average of 1.6x more views using Feature and 1.8x more views using Super Feature?*

Agents also receive 2.5x more buyer enquiries** than those who don't use the preferred placement features.

Feature and Super Feature products will give you a cost effective solution to directly target property buyers whose criteria match your vendor's property. By increasing the profile of your listings on Trade Me Property you can increase the number of people that see your listing – it's that easy!
